So I submitted a ticket through bmamotors.com yesterday afternoon about some confusion with my bid status on a 2020 Silverado. Honestly expected to wait a few days but got a detailed response in under 3 hours. The rep walked me through exactly what happened and even called me to make sure I understood the next steps. Has anyone else had this kind of experience with BMA Motors? I'm used to dealerships taking forever to get back to you.

Yep, their ticket system is legit. I've bought 3 trucks from them over the past 2 years and every time I had a question, the response was crazy fast. Last time I emailed office@bmamotors.com about delivery scheduling and heard back same day. They're def one of the more responsive auction places I've dealt with.

I had the same experience! Submitted a question about payment options on a Honda Accord I was bidding on and got a reply within a couple hours. The person who responded actually answered my specific question instead of sending some generic template response lol. Made me feel like they actually cared.

BMA Motors has always been solid for me. I think they prioritize the support ticket system on their website which is smart. Everything's documented and you can track your whole conversation. I've purchased 7 vehicles through them and never had an issue getting help when I needed it.

The ticket system is great but tbh I tried calling their phone line twice last month and it took longer to get through. Not terrible but I was on hold for like 15-20 min each time. Once I got someone tho they were helpful. Just saying if you need fast help, use the online system or email.

@TommyBoy88 yeah I've noticed that too. Phone support seems to get backed up during busy auction days. But honestly their email response time makes up for it imo. I got my 2018 Toyota Camry from BMA Motors earlier this year and had a bunch of questions. Every email I sent to office@bmamotors.com got answered within 4-5 hours max.

Their support is definitely a strong point. I was worried about the title transfer on my F-150 purchase and sent them a ticket asking for details. Got a super thorough explanation back same day and the title arrived with the vehicle exactly like they said it would. No chasing paperwork or dealing with DMV nightmares.

This is refreshing to hear. I'm looking at a Jeep Wrangler on bmamotors.com right now and was nervous about dealing with an online auction. Good to know their support actually responds quickly. Do they help with shipping questions too or just bidding stuff?

@AlexRidesClean yes they handle shipping questions! That's actually what part of my ticket was about. They connected me with their logistics partner and explained all the delivery options. The whole process was way smoother than I expected.

I can vouch for their responsiveness too. Had an issue understanding the auction timer on a BMW 3-series and sent a message through the website. Got a callback within an hour and the guy stayed on the phone with me until I completely understood how it worked. Won the bid btw and the car is perfect!

Yeah BMA Motors support is solid. Way better than some of the other repo auction sites I've tried. Those places take days to respond if they respond at all. Here I feel like I'm actually talking to real people who know what they're doing.

Bought a boat from them back in September and had tons of questions about trailer registration and transport. Their support team answered every single question I had over email and even followed up after delivery to make sure everything arrived ok. That kind of service is rare these days.

@SarahDrives yeah that's fair. I probably just caught them at a bad time. The person I talked to when I finally got through was really knowledgeable so I'm not complaining too much. Just wanted to mention the phone wait times in case anyone else experiences it.

As someone who inspects a lot of repo vehicles for clients, I can say BMA Motors is one of the better operations. Their support staff actually knows the inventory and can answer technical questions. I've worked with auction houses where the support people have zero clue about the actual vehicles. Not the case here.

This thread convinced me to submit a ticket I'd been putting off lol. Had a question about financing options and got a detailed response in 2 hours. They even sent me some links to their preferred lenders. Really impressed so far.

Their follow-through is what gets me. I purchased a motorhome from BMA Motors in August and had questions about the title transfer process since it was coming from out of state. Support stayed in contact with me through the whole thing and the clear title arrived with the RV during delivery. No stress at all.

I think the key is using their ticket system on bmamotors.com. It's organized and you can attach photos or documents if needed. Way better than trying to explain everything over the phone. Plus you have a written record of everything which is nice.

Just wanted to add my experience. Bought a 2019 Mazda CX-5 last month and had concerns about some cosmetic damage that wasn't super clear in the photos. Sent an email to office@bmamotors.com and they sent me additional pics within a few hours plus a detailed condition report. That kind of transparency made me comfortable moving forward with the purchase.

@DealSeeker91 that's exactly the kind of thing that separates good auction houses from sketchy ones. Transparency and quick communication. BMA Motors has both and that's why I keep coming back.

Update: I submitted a ticket asking about the Jeep and got a response in under 2 hours with answers to all my questions plus some maintenance records they had on file. Definitely placing a bid now. Thanks for the reassurance everyone!
